A document-based review

Lepinguluup analyses only the text in the uploaded documents. It does not know the parties' oral agreements or the employer's actual practice.

Criteria, not free-form legal advice

The observations are based on the review criteria Lepinguluup maintains. A criterion describes which wording or missing information is looked for, why it may need attention, and what next check the user can make.

Every observation must include

• the contract extract;
• the reason for the observation in plain language;
• the criterion version or the date it was last updated;
• an official source where relevant;
• a clear note where the final assessment depends on the circumstances.

Quality rule

If a statement cannot be verified or the source of a criterion is unclear, the result is not presented as a firm legal rule. Such an observation is kept as a neutral document note or sent to a qualified specialist for review before it is activated.

The limit of an automated review

Lepinguluup can err, miss something, or interpret unclear wording differently from the parties. The user can always open the original passage in the contract and decide whether the observation matters in their situation.
