These terms of use apply to using Lepinguluup's free first-step check. Purchasing the Action Pack is governed by separate sales terms.
Legal information, not legal advice
Lepinguluup provides general information about Estonian employment law, including the Employment Contracts Act. The service does not create a lawyer-client relationship and does not substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer, your trade union, or the Estonian Labour Inspectorate.
Beta limitations
Lepinguluup is in beta. The tool may miss a term, misinterpret it, or classify it incorrectly. Do not make important decisions solely on the basis of the report or the Action Pack materials.
Check the deadlines
The deadlines shown in the product are general reminders. The applicable deadline may depend on the type of claim and the circumstances of the case. Verify the deadline in the official Estonian Labour Inspectorate instructions or ask a lawyer. Sending a letter to the employer does not suspend or extend statutory deadlines.
Limitations of the service
Lepinguluup may err and does not guarantee a particular legal outcome, your employer's agreement, or the resolution of a dispute. Klapib O脺's liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not limit consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law.
Documents you upload
Upload only documents you are entitled to process. Before uploading, remove data not needed for the analysis, such as a personal ID code, bank account number, or signatures. Do not upload other people's health data, trade-union membership data, or other special categories of personal data unless strictly necessary for the analysis.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for an unlawful purpose, and do not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass security measures, or overload the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. The choice of governing law does not deprive the consumer of protection that cannot be derogated from by agreement. For questions, write to info@lepinguluup.ee.
