Which parts of an employment contract does Lepinguluup review?

Lepinguluup looks in the contract for places that match its supported review criteria and gathers them into a structured report. Depending on the active checks, observations may concern basic data, key working conditions, missing references or wording that needs clarifying. This is a preliminary review of the document, not a decision on the contract's legality.

The basic structure of the contract

Can the parties, the position, the start date and other basic data be found in the document? Does the contract refer to an annex or procedure that is not among the uploaded documents?

Duties and place of work

Are the duties described clearly? Do different parts of the contract name the same or a different place of work? Is the scope for making changes clear to the reader?

Working time and workload

Can the workload, the number of hours or the scheduling principle be found? Does the contract use numbers and terms that fit together in different places?

Pay and variable pay

Can the base pay be found? Is the method for calculating a bonus, performance pay or other variable pay described in the contract or present as an annex?

Duration and probation

Can the start, the possible end and the probation wording be found unambiguously? Do the dates in different parts of the document fit together?

Confidentiality and non-compete

Are the subject, duration and scope of the restriction clear from the contract text? Lepinguluup draws attention to the wording but does not decide the validity of the restriction in a binding way.

Liability, contractual penalty and termination

Are the points on financial liability or termination clearly distinguishable in the document? For a term with a large possible impact, the report suggests asking for further explanation or a lawyer's assessment.

The limit of the review

No automated check guarantees that every possible problem is found. The quality of the result depends on the readability of the document, the annexes uploaded, and whether the specific situation is among Lepinguluup's active criteria.
